Fully deserved, as she created a quirky, meaningful, and complex duet between Lolita and Humbert Humbert. “With fire, with the virtuosity of a language acrobat, and with craftsmanship firmly embedded in thorough research, Annet Bremen claims a very relevant issue and rewrites it,” the jury writes about the winning text.
