This means Het Zuidelijk Toneel is recognized by the tax authorities as a Cultural Institution. With benefit. In fact, this means that a donation or legacy is exempt from inheritance and gift tax. Legacy
Besides making a donation, there are other ways to support Het Zuidelijk Toneel. Since 2020, we have been affiliated with ‘Nalaten aan Cultuur’ (Bequests to Culture). This platform aims to raise awareness for leaving a legacy to culture. Through this initiative, you can leave behind what you have enjoyed your whole life for future generations. Inheritance
With an inheritance, you appoint Het Zuidelijk Toneel as your heir. You then leave (part of) your estate to us.

You can include a legacy in your will. A legacy means that a certain amount is reserved for the institution.
Named fund
