In Silence of the Dogs Ada Ozdogan depicts the resistance of a lonely woman in a hectic and threatening world. On hot summer days, a woman seeks relief between the kitchen table and the window. The TV shows images, a star sparkles in the window. A stray dog shares her solitude. An intrusive neighbor appears more and more often at the window, at the door, and eventually in the house. Why is there blood on the floor?
